Nueva Vizcaya Paragliding

Nueva Vizcaya is a gem discovered for aerial sports in December 2018. It has become the newest paragliding destination in the Philippines and has the highest positive guest experience rating. The province’s wind conditions, such as steady wind speeds, stable thermals, and clean gusts, are perfect for pilot training and tandem flights. It has many take-off hills and mountains waiting to be discovered.

Capisaan Cave System

A paradise for spelunkers awaits at the Capisaan Cave System, the country’s fifth-longest cave at 4.2 kilometers, located in Barangay Capisaan, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya. It has layers of a cave network, including the Lion and Alayan Caves, with rare calcite formations and a subterranean river that doubles as a passageway to the best part of the cave. 

In its depths, tourists can crawl like a soldier, waddle like a duck, and climb like a tarsier as they make their way through the adventure of a lifetime.

Balete Pass

Situated 3,000 feet above sea level, Balete Pass serves as the gateway to the Cagayan Valley Region and the Ifugao Rice Terraces. As a national shrine, Balete Pass features a rugged landscape where the Caraballo Mountains meet the Sierra Madre.

Showcasing the expansive beauty of Nueva Vizcaya, visitors to Balete Pass are treated to sweeping vistas. This untamed landscape carries a rich history, having witnessed countless battles during World War II.

Imugan Waterfalls

Discover the Majestic Imugan Waterfalls located in Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya. A two-level falls with a shallow catch basin, the 35-foot spring-water falls stream into a cool, basin-like pool, overflowing into the Imugan River.

Visitors can trek over streams and rivers that emanate from the falls. Also in the area is the Imugan Mountain Fresh Factory, which uses wild berries and other fruits to produce jams and spreads. Visitors can watch the production process and shop for preserved fruit spreads.
