Nogas Island

Nogas Island is an uninhabited 24-hectare marine and bird sanctuary; a government naval reservation island 3 miles from the shoreline of Anini-y town proper. It can be reached in 15 minutes by motorized banca; ideal for shell hunting, snorkeling and scuba diving.

Sibalom Natural Park 

The Sibalom Natural Park was declared as a natural park on April 23, 2000 and established as a watershed forest reserve on June 28, 1990. It covers approximately 5,511.47 hectares of land extending to at least 17 barangays of the town. It provides drinking water to at least five towns in the province and a source of irrigation to at least 5,500 hectares of riceland.

Binirayan Festival

The Binirayan Festival celebrates the Antiqueños’ Malay roots, commemorating the arrival of 10 Bornean datus, or chieftains, on the shores of Malandog back in the mid-13th century. Apart from celebrating what is now known as the first Malayan settlement, the festival also emphasizes the locals’ age-old values of ‘kadungganan’ (human dignity), ‘katarungan’ (justice), ‘kahilwayan’ (freedom), ‘kalinungan’ (peace).
