Mount Pongkay (Prayer Mountain)

The exhilarating journey to Mt. Pongkay, or Prayer Mountain, in Barangay Kausawagan begins with a 15-minute tricycle (a motorized three-wheeled vehicle) ride from the bus terminal. This is followed by an ascent, anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, of about 700 steps, where an awe-inspiring view awaits curious explorers.
